i had a fantastic stay at hawthorn. the rooms were spacious and stylish, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the staff was accommodating and the heated pool and jacuzzi were great for my arthritis. the hotel is also pet friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make me and other guests feel safe and welcomed.
Don't have any issues at all 🙂

I chose Hawthorn solely for its convenience to the Lubbock Area Veterans Memorial. However, the outstanding customer service and complimentary hot breakfast exceeded my expectations. This added convenience and comfort to our stay.
Inadequate exterior lighting and parking restrictions.

Felt snug, nothing to complain about.
